Mundo Hispánico debuts as the first Spanish-language news outlet in Georgia. Founded by Lino Dominguez, a Georgia-based Latino academic, his research into the immigrant community highlighted a significant demand for news and information catering to the Latino community.
After 43 years as a Spanish-only platform, Mundo Hispánico rebrands as MundoNow, evolving into the largest bilingual media property in the USA and a certified minority-owned entity.
With a commitment to being a data-driven and engagement-focused media outlet, MundoNow aims to foster Latino community engagement and connect with the next generation of Latinos. Through audience data and active interaction, Mundo Hispánico is now more relevant, impactful, and proud of the lasting connections it creates.

Mundo Hispánico's mission is to empower, inform, and engage the online Latino community through bilingual media and provide access to Spanish-language news that brings purpose to its members.

Mundo Hispánico aims to serve the evolving Latino community by providing bilingual media that delivers culturally relevant content in both English and Spanish. By amplifying voices, offering comprehensive Spanish-language news, and facilitating Latino community engagement, we strive to create a platform that resonates with our audience.

Mundo Hispánico effectively reaches a large Latino audience through its award-winning content, strategic partnerships, and innovative initiatives in bilingual media, showcasing significant Latino community engagement and demonstrating a positive impact and adaptability in delivering Spanish-language news.
